Professional Healthcare Resources, a leader in Home Health, Hospice and Personal Care services in the Washington, DC, Baltimore, Maryland and Virginia areas, seeks compassionate RECRUITER to join our team.

 


Summary:
A recruiting professional for recruiting, matching and placing qualified candidates across several home care business lines through internal and external recruitment techniques; insures compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines concerning employment; assures the quality and growth of the agency through effective promotion and administrative practices and in accordance with regulatory and practice standards

Responsibilities:

  • Executes agency recruitment and recruiting plans under direction of the Human Resources leadership
  • Identifies qualified candidates through recruiting techniques
  • Manages the Applicant Tracking System and uses data to understand and maximize results from the recruiting process
  • Develop and communicate metric and measures; formulates recruiting plan that aligns with organizational strategy
  • Complies with agency requirements regarding timely completion of company required paperwork
  • Completes regular reporting activities, assists HR leadership in making optimal operational decisions
  • Maintains current knowledge of Healthcare industry and recruiting guidelines
  • Complies with agency requirements regarding timely completion of required paperwork 
  • Willingly accepts additional job responsibilities, as appropriate, to meet business goals/objectives
Education and/or Experience:
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Must possess a minimum of three (3) year’s experience in recruiting or staffing in a corporate environment
  • Must possess a minimum of 1 year healthcare recruiting (Home Healthcare preferred)
  • Must hold a proven track record of meeting hiring targets in a rapidly growing organization
Language Skills:
  • Ability to communicate clearly and easily in verbal and written English
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, central office clients, customers, and the general public
